The Melbourne Press Club is pleased to support the 15th Bob Rose Lecture.
The annual lunch event raises funds for people with spinal cord injuries and their families.
The Robert Rose Foundation was set up by Collingwood football legend Bob Rose after the death of his son Robert - a football player for Collingwood and also for Footscray - who had been left quadraplegic by a car accident in 1975.
This year’s lecture will be delivered by celebrated businesswoman and medical research philanthropist Susan Alberti AC.
Alberti has a long-running passion for the great game. She is a patron of the Western Bulldogs Football Club, and recently retired from the vice-presidency of the club.
Alberti is also a passionate women’s footy advocate, and was named AFLW Premiership Ambassador for the inaugural 2017 season.
Don’t miss this inspiring lecture, which will be hosted by media personality Glen Moriarty.
