Her Melbourne Press Club address will marks a pivotal moment in Victoria’s history, as the nation’s first and only truth-telling commission nears its end. It looks back on the challenges and achievements, forward to what’s needed to create a better future for all Victorians, while also delivering personal insights into this historic process.

About the moderator

Bridget Brennan is newsreader and co-host of News Breakfast. She was previously the ABC’s Indigenous Affairs Editor, Europe Correspondent in London and the National Indigenous Affairs Correspondent.

She’s covered Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities for more than a decade and is a Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta woman.
