2020 Quills: Regional and Rural Journalism


Charlotte King and Andy Burns of ABC Regional and Background Briefing have won the 2020 Regional and Rural Journalism Quill.

Judges' citation

A well-researched and written piece detailing the inadequate response to childbirth in general, but stillbirths specifically, in regional areas. A powerful and well told story that contributed to a national outcome.
