ABOUT THE AWARD
The Jana Wendt Award for International Reporting recognises excellence in international reporting, in any medium. It is a national award, designed to recognise the particular challenges that come with battling time zones as well as war zones, language barriers, and changing political landscapes.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The second Jana Wendt Award for International Reporting is open to any Australian journalist in any media whose work was published or broadcast in 2025. Nominees may enter themselves or be nominated by their editors or colleagues. Where a group or team were key contributors to the journalism, they should be listed as entrants.
