The meeting will include the election of Board members. Members are invited to attend but must be financial in order to vote. Board nominations close at 12.30pm on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
All nominations are to be returned to the Melbourne Press Club via email, admin@melbournepressclub.com.
The AGM Agenda is below. It includes a proposal to amend the Association Rules.
The Melbourne Press Club’s rules have ensured good governance of the Club for many years, but some terminology and procedures covered by the document are now outdated. The proposed amendments correct this, and can be found here.
The existing Rules can be found here.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to appoint a proxy, please download the proxy form here, fill it out and return it to admin@melbournepressclub.com by 5pm Monday 19 October 2026.
