Less than a week after we noted the closure of the Australian BuzzFeed newsroom, we are disappointed that 20 editorial jobs will be lost on Friday this week at the online news site, 10 Daily.

Josh Butler, 10 Daily Senior News Reporter said "there will be a lot of people left without jobs – news, lifestyle and entertainment journalists; editors; video editors; social staff. They’re all guns."

Erin Lyons, 10 Daily News Reporter said it was "another sad day for journalism."

10 Daily launched two years ago and has become a valuable source of online content.
