Judges' citation

The judges found this year’s entries difficult to separate, but agreed that Richard Giliberto’s simple and elegant solution to presenting Boris Johnson as a climate change activist was innovative, and thoroughly combined all the elements of the page into a successful, fully integrated illustration.
