In a special event, the Melbourne Press Club and the University of Melbourne are hosting an evening with Uluru Statement from the Heart signatory and Indigenous advocate Thomas Mayo.

Thomas Mayo and former ABC journalist Kerry O’Brien have recently published a handbook on the Voice to Parliament that examines various issues surrounding this year's e referendum, the Uluru Statement from the Heart, the history of Indigenous advocacy and how the Voice can help to close the gap

Melbourne Press Club President Ashlynne McGhee will interview Thomas, before a Q&A with the audience.
